Adults can be defined as animals or human beings which have attained their maximum growth and development. If used in conjunction with humans, the term "adult" may mean something associated with legal or social ideas. Contrary to the concept of a non-adult or "minor", a legal adult has attained the age of majority. They are considered an independent, self-sufficient person and dependable. You can refer to them as a "major". The age of 18 is as the age of legal maturity, but the definition of adulthood can vary depending on the country, rights of the law or the development of a person's psychological.

Adulthood refers to the time in the human lifespan in which full physical and intellectual maturation has been achieved. The age of adulthood typically begins at the age of 21. The age of old is 60 years later than middle age. As we grow older, there are three distinct stages The first is early adulthood (18-30 years), Middle Adulthood (30-60 year olds) and late adulthood (60%-60 percent). At the point we are in the age of early adulthood (20 to the early 40s) the physical development has been completed, however our weight and height might increase slightly. When we are young, our physical abilities are at their highest such as the strength of our muscles, our reaction speed as well as sensory capabilities, heart function.
